CREATE is a brand new creative development programme intent to be a radical step-change in the way we think about creative development across the UK.

We believe high quality, life affirming creative development should be accessible and affordable to everyone.

We want to empower our creative community to feel they can be leaders in their own lives.

The CREATE Programme synthesises over 10 years of working and studying with Artist Development teams from Barbican, Clore Leadership, Jerwood Arts, leading mindset and neuroscience coaches and teaching across the UK’s leading creative institutions.

  • If you identify with any of the following the CREATE Programme is for you:

    • Unlock your creative potential, everyone has the capacity to be creative, lot’s of the time we are told otherwise or made to feel it’s not for us

    • Unsure of what direction to go in, have so many ideas you want to work on but can’t seem to manifest them

    • Somethings just not right? Overworked and under-resourced, constant difficulty getting that funding, finding people to support you and take your work to the next level

    • Suffering from procrastination, unable to focus or get anything meaningful done despite having plenty of time

    • Constantly doubting your decisions, feeling tension the moment you have a creative thought and talking yourself out of it before you’ve begun

    • Seeing little to no progress in your artistic, networking and/or personal goals

    • Feeling isolated, not sure who or how to ask for help, feeling you have to do everything on your own

    We like to believe we are only ever one creative idea away from drastically changing our whole reality.

  • The Create Programme seeks to help people at all levels develop your creative practice, and each stage addresses a different areas. If you’re unsure where to start, going our MAKE IT HAPPEN Workshop.

    MAKE IT HAPPEN is perfect for anyone who wants to wake up in the morning energised by their creativity and go to bed feeling they moved closer to their dreams today. You will develop a powerful vision for your future and learn techniques too… MAKE IT HAPPEN!

    CREATE CATALYST is brilliant for all levels of experience, whether you’ve been practicing your creativity for 30+ years or are struggling to get going, this will offer you an electric infusion into your day to day living.

    CREATE LEADERS is a powerful 3 month programme designed to help you develop your creative practice into a vibrant leadership of your life. This is suitable for people who already have a creative practice and are ready to become leaders in their lives and their field.

    CREATE FUTURES is for anyone aged 13-19 with an interest in developing a creative practice. It will give you frameworks for developing new and existing creative work and set you up to be a leader of tomorrow.

    Your pathway through the programme will be an inwards and an outwards one, allowing you time to do great career changing work in the community of there.

  • We are offering 10 bursaries on each iteration of every programme to people who identify as:

    • Black and/ or Global Majority

    • Working class/ coming from a lower socio-economic background.
