The Create Catalyst Programme will help you unlock your inner potential, identify your creative ambitions, break down barriers, and ignite your artistic inspirations!

4 WEEKS. 8 MODULES. 1 BIG TRANSFORMATION.

  • Before we begin, we must understand where we are coming from. It’s time to take stock of the house, do an inventory of our work and get a full health check of our practice.

    Once we know where we are and where we’re coming from we can control where we are going. We’ll start laying the foundations to build the practice that allows you to do what you’ve been dreaming about.

  • This module is a deep dive into how you can master your creative mindset so that you can eradicate states of overwhelm, anxiety, imposter syndrome and burnout.

    You’ll learn specific thought processes and frameworks that leave you feeling empowered and creatively solving problems instead of being overloaded with them.

  • Our contention is that artists spend most of their time wrestling with the reality of being their own managers. We want to focus on dreams and ambitions and exciting big ideas, but before we can get out of the gate we are thinking about budgets, logistics, and practicalities.

    We’ll break down a clear process of identifying when we need to be blue skies dreamers where anything is possible, when to ask the practical ‘how’ questions, and when to critique our work effectively instead of spoiling our dreams before they’ve even begun.

  • Our personal wellbeing and energy levels are integral to creativity and must be protected at all costs!

    As artists and creators, we are often on the go, working long hours across multiple projects, this module helps us manage our mindset and our bodies to create an unstoppable energy and learn how to create confidence in ourselves and our work.

  • Discover 3 life changing creative processes that will give you a template to structure every creative project, idea, performance, act and take it right from conception through to delivery.

    This module will dramatically enhance and preserve your energy every day, physically and psychologically, so that you can feel confident, certain, and positive, no matter what comes your way. After this week you’ll have a clear roadmap on how to prepare, originate, manifest and reflect on any creative project and the mental and physical clarity to see it through.

  • When you lack purpose and drive, you allow yourself to drift aimlessly between things.

  • The project that got away, that idea you’ve always wanted to work on, that play you started. How do you keep track of your ideas, decide what you want to work on and create a framework for pushing things forwards?

    In Week 3, you’ll discover how to create a powerful and purposeful artistic life that lights a fire in your belly and protects you from distraction, unnecessary stress, and meaningless problems.

  • In the final week, it’s time to solidify all the foundations that have been laid and make a Creative Shift.

    You will have developed your own creative day-to-day process and have a roadmap for creative practice.

    In this last module learn how to identify your ambitions, set clear and achievable goals, understand setbacks as a real learning tool, know your strengths and weaknesses, and develop a community of people to support you.

  • • Unlock your creative potential, everyone has the capacity to be creative, lot’s of the time we are told otherwise or made to feel it’s not for you

    • Struggling to make a breakthrough, unsure of what direction to go in, have so many ideas you want to work on but can’t seem to manifest them

    • Overworked and under-resourced, constant difficulty getting that funding, finding people to support you and take your work to the next level

    • Suffering from procrastination, unable to focus or get anything meaningful done despite having plenty of time

    • Constantly doubting your decisions, feeling tension the moment you have a creative thought and talking yourself out of it before you’ve begun

    • Unable to stick to a plan and see it through, seeing little to no progress in your artistic, networking and/or personal goals

    • Quietly fighting your battles, not sure who or how to ask for help, feeling you have to do everything on your own

  • Catalyst is brilliant for all levels of experience, whether you’ve been practicing your creativity for 30+ years or are struggling to get going, this will offer you an electric infusion into your day to day living.

    Your pathway through the programme will be an inwards and an outwards one, allowing you time to do great career changing work in the community of there.

    • 2 Modules will be delivered online every week for four weeks.

    • There are two strands to the modules, Creative Mindset and Creative Practice.

    • Modules are available to join live or study in your own time.

    • There will be a social group to connect with others.

    • All Catalyst participants are invited to a free workshop in London in November

  • Inclusion is at the heart of our practice. Catalyst is open to anyone who wants to make a massive creative shift in their life.

    • Working class/ coming from a lower socio-economic background.
